- Wash condenser coil Water only ‘basic”
- Check amperage of compressor
- Inspect evaporator coil
- Check thermostat operation
- We check refrigerant charge
- A thorough check of entering & leaving temperatures
- Inspect air filters
- Blow-out condensate drain “no warrantee”
- Lubricate required components if needed
- Test start and run capacitors
- Check and adjust safety controls if needed
- Inspect electrical connections and tighten.
- Thoroughly inspect duct system for air leaks
- Inspect condenser & blower motors
- Check for proper voltage at system
